Operations access requests
Approve only verified company requests. This view uses the administrator session established in the operator console. Approval creates the Operations UUIDv7 identity, organization, initial site, owner membership, and password-setup email.

Organization entitlement
Entitlements grant an organization access eligibility. Individual assignment and feature controls still apply.
Feature rule
Feature rules can disable rollout, but never grant missing access. Product kill switches require confirmation.
