Privacy Policy
Prometheus Platforms uses data to create accounts, verify email, operate AI-assisted workflows, process plan and billing events, support users, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable services.
Data we collect
We may collect account email, name, organization when provided, product access status, selected tier, billing status, usage events, support requests, technical diagnostics, and workflow inputs submitted to a product.
How we use data
We use data to provide app functionality, verify email, create sessions, process plan and billing requests, operate support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
AI processing
Prompts, documents, images, presentation context, current-slide captures, selected-shape captures, or other workflow inputs may be processed by AI services when needed to produce the output you request.
Third-party services
Products may rely on services such as Apple, Microsoft, Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, analytics/diagnostics tools, and AI or search providers.
Retention
We retain information as needed to provide the service, preserve account and billing records, support users, protect security, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Some generated outputs may be retained for recall according to the user's tier history window.

Sixset for iPhone and iPad
Sixset app privacy
Sixset's App Store seller is Nick Randall. This section describes the native Sixset app. The account and AI-workflow descriptions above apply to products that offer those services; Sixset does not require a Prometheus account or send gameplay to AI services.
Game data on your device
Sixset stores game checkpoints, settings, scores, medals, avatar and frame selections, play allowances and advertising exposure records locally to run and resume your games. A broad age-range preference is stored locally and used to apply age-appropriate advertising treatment. We do not ask for your date of birth or access your contacts. This release does not upload your game progress or avatar to a Prometheus player account or online leaderboard.
Advertising and privacy choices
The ad-supported app uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to request non-personalized ads and manage applicable privacy choices. Google's SDK may process your IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash and performance information to deliver and measure ads, diagnose problems and prevent fraud. Non-personalized advertising still involves this processing. Sixset does not send your game scores, avatar or contacts to Google as ad-request data.
Where required, Google's privacy message presents the available choices before ad requests are permitted. Use the app's Privacy options entry when available to review or change those choices. Unknown or unsupported age-range treatment keeps advertising unavailable. Apple purchases
Apple handles the optional one-time Remove Ads purchase and payment information. Sixset receives verified purchase and entitlement information through Apple's StoreKit to provide unlimited play without ads and restore ownership. We do not receive your payment-card details. Deleting the app does not cancel or refund an Apple purchase; manage purchase or refund requests through Apple.
Sharing you choose
If you choose to share a result or achievement, iOS sends the selected content to the app or recipient you choose. That service's privacy terms govern its handling of the shared content. Sixset does not read your address book or automatically invite your contacts.
Retention, backups and deletion
Local game data stays on your device until it is replaced, reset through an available game control, or removed by deleting the app. Offloading the app can retain its data. iOS device backups may contain app data according to your Apple backup settings; manage those copies through Apple. App deletion does not delete information held by Google or Apple's purchase records.
